    The purpose of this application form is to obtain from you the information we need to enrol you into NZSE College. We are required to collect information from you which is required by the Ministry of Education and other Government agencies for statistical and registration reasons. Please note: NZSE College is a state-funded tertiary provider. All sections of this form must be completed. Until this form is fully completed, and the necessary documentation provided we are not able to process your application. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Please ensure you have the following documents ready to be uploaded if you wish to streamline the application process. Otherwise please contact us if you need any assistance at 0800 99 88 11.

    Please note: If applicant is under 18 years of age, the application must be signed by the parent/guardian and all correspondence regarding your application will be forwarded to your education agent and/or to your parent/guardian.

  • Citizenship and Residency

    To qualify as domestic student, you must be a New Zealand citizen (including students from the Cook Islands, Tokelau or Niue who have New Zealand citizenship) OR hold a resident visa, permanent resident of New Zealand OR a permanent resident of Australia residing in New Zealand.
  • Emergency Contact Details (Next of kin)

    A staff member may contact the nominated emergency contact, in relation to the applicant’s wellbeing and safety: (a) should there be an uninformed absence of over three days (b) a medical emergency, or (c) reasonable grounds for believing that the disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious threat to the student’s life or health.

  • NZSE Conducts a compulsory police vetting check for our School of health and School of education students who will be working with vulnerable young children and adults this check will show any PAST, CURRENT and PENDING charges. if you are unsure if you have a conviction its best you speak to your course advisor OR select "YES" and state additional information below.

  • Device Declaration

    Some NZSE College programmes have been developed for online distance/blended delivery allowing students to complete studies remotely, away from NZSE College campuses. To be able to complete such programmes, you need to have access to the following prior to starting your study: Stable/reliable Internet access from home/work; Access to a laptop/desktop that can connect to the internet with a web browser and a required minimum screen size of 10 inches; Video recording capability (required only for some programmes).
  • Authorisation to contact Employer

    I authorise NZSE College to contact my employer to get industry feedback about my programme of study. I understand this is undertaken to ensure that the programme is fit for industry and the communication with the employer will be limited to academic inquiry only.
